The Ultimate in Productivity & Flexibility
The unique design of the ICON 6-250 and ICON Tripod combines flexible machining center principles with Hydromat's rotary transfer production philosophy while incorporating engineering excellence with the finest materials and components. The results; machining centers of robust construction and extreme integrity.
Faucet Parts Gush from Multiple Station Machining Center
A manufacturing engineer's open mind, common sense and eclectic background in business have transformed the way parts are machined at the Guadalajara, Mexico, plant of plumbing fixture leader URREA Group. Charged with re-inventing a process that relied on discrete machining centers to cut brass faucet components at rates of 10 parts hour, Project Director Juan Ramon Delfin Madariaga studied technology from around the world before settling on an entirely different concept from Hydromat, the ICON 6-250.
